Description
Spend time at one of South Africa's top rated 4-Star game lodges and gain valuable experience working behind the scenes with elephants, horses and safaris.
This stunning working holiday will give you access to a wide range of optional activities including the famous Cango Caves and Cango Wildlife Ranch, along with ostrich and wine farms in the Klein Karoo region, an adventure you will remember for all the right reasons!
Depending on your preferences, you can help with any or all of the following:
Elephants
* Assist with early morning training
* Preparation of elephant food for visitors to do elephant excursions
* Preparation for weddings with the elephants
* Cleaning and preparation of elephant boma in mornings and evenings
Horses
* Cleaning and preparation of horse boma
* Preparation of horses for horseback safaris
Safaris
* Preparation of vehicles and other necessities for game drives
* Daily grazing habits of the animals (plotting on maps)
* Bird identification around our 3 natural waterholes.

No previous experience is required as all training and supervision is provided on site.

* Airport transfers from Cape Town Airport to AVIVA House
* Overnight accommodation at AVIVA House when you arrive plus onsite accommodation throughout your project.
