Description
Photo identification of individual animals will help provide further understanding of the Giant Manta Ray population that migrates annually to the Island in the Park (PNM) in Manabi province.
Collecting and categorizing photos will help us to identify and compare individual animals. In addition, the project will create a catalog for international sharing. This project requires long hours on boats and in the water. All dives will be carried out with a professional diver and photographer.

Volunteers with Eco Volunteer UP have the choice of many worthy programs, such as vulnerable orphanages, institutes for children with disabilities, street children and local indigenous communities. There are volunteer programs located in and around Quito, the capital of Ecuador, as well as programs located in the Cloud Forest and its communities close to Quito, the Ecuadorian Amazon, the Galapagos Islands and other key places around Ecuador.
