Description

Ecoteer is totally different to other volunteering agencies in fact it may sound too good to be true. Ecoteer is a directory of cheap low cost volunteering projects some of our projects even offer free food and board! Search our database and you can find placements in all sorts of fields - conservation, eco-tourism, teaching or humanitarian. For example you could join our turtle conservation project in Costa Rica, teach English in Mongolia or promote AIDS/HIV awareness in Uganda.

The costs you pay usually covers your food and accommodation and some projects ask for a one-off donation to help develop the program.

For example, at our turtle project in Costa Rica you pay just GBP10 per day!! So for a two week program you pay GBP140 plus the GBP15 annual Ecoteer membership and your transport costs! Please note life membership is now available for GBP25.

No one knows a project as well as the project leader themselves and with Ecoteer you can contact the project leader directly meaning you get the latest most up to date information. This is another aspect that makes Ecoteer stand out from the crowd and why you have to volunteer with Ecoteer.
