Description

Work with healthcare providers in the local communities of Brazil to provide health services such as AIDS awareness workshops, vaccinations for children, and take part in the further development of rural health outreach programs.

Earn valuable hands on experience while participating in local health care initiatives, and exploring the cultural and natural beauty of Brazil. The dual focus of development work and adventures enables tremendous growth experiences for all program participants, whether they are new to working abroad or not.

Real Projects... Real Experience! Work side by side with local health care providers and community members during your Health Care Internship. See the rich landscape and historical culture within the ancient buildings in Salvador, Brazil. Explore the multitude of natural landscapes and wonders that Brazil has to offer. These and other weekly adventures combine with cultural excursions and productive volunteer work to form a comprehensive and unique volunteer experience.
