You can volunteer in India on a number of different community projects including education, orphanages and childcare. With each of these community volunteer placements, you will be able to work with and help underprivileged children.

What's Included in the Program

* Personally met at Delhi airport
* One-day visit to Taj Mahal
* A selection of volunteer projects
* All meals and accommodation (Delhi- just breakfast)
* All transport between projects, sightseeing, excursions and airport transfers
* Detailed orientation and sight seeing tour of Jaipur
* Trekking in the Himalayas for two nights and two days with overnight camping inclusive of all meals and necessary gear.
* Two-day, one-night excursion to Amritsar, the holy city of Sikh religion (eight-week option only)
* Dedicated on-site assistance from English speaking guides
* Free workshop lesson: Yoga or Indian cooking (one workshop on four-week option and two workshops on eight-week option)
* Use of facilities including, DVD player, stereo, television, board games and internet and telephone
* Free time to explore local area and assistance with planning independent excursions
* All material required for various activities during the volunteer work like color pens, paper, sports equipment etc
