Costa Rica is a small and picturesque country located in Central America. It is bordered by Nicaragua to the north and Panama to the east. It is regarded as one of the most biologically intense places in the world and has grown to become one of the world's top eco-tourism hot spots. It is one of the smallest Latin American countries and home to around 4 million people. Costa Rican's are known for their warmth, hospitality and peacefulness.
Costa Rica attracts more than a million tourists every year with its beautiful beaches, wildlife, forests and mainly for eco-tourism. More than a quarter of land mass has been set aside as protected reserves, the largest in the world.There are many famous National Parks and Forest Reserves throughout Costa Rica.
